In light of the current abominable price-per-share of this stock, the shocking lack of communication by the company's management and the revelation today that the company can not even file its own Quarterly Report on time, does anyone see any reason whatsoever to be optimistic about the future (short-term or long-term) of this stock ?

If so, please advise.

I am sick over the money that I have lost in this fiasco.
