Cars, I don't think you should use 14,400 mcf. The wells production will decline some after the fisrt few months, also they are shut down a few days each much for maint. I would use 10,000 mcf for an average to be conservative. Also, I would not expect to have more than 25 wells slotted by the end of this year. I would also use 6.00 for price of natural gas since it has been under that here lately. I would also increase o/s shares to 400,000,000 the total authorized. I still come up with a value of about .20 based on these year end projections. This is giving no value to the acquisitions or wwng or Tyche holdings. Therefore, the stock should be significantly higher than that. jmo Ron
