Perhaps lawsuits would be a little bit over the top, but in our digital age, not everyone wants their info given to the government or to anyone else for that matter. Hopefully Wayne had some kind of clause in there for such a contingency.

I suppose if these people thought their info would be handed over to the gov, would they have signed up? Also, who would sign up... its not like Wayne advertised for people to sign up their drones. It was not a required act until just now. Did they just volunteer the info for Wayne? Makes you wonder how many people really did sign this.

Even with the government wanting those to register, I still do not see a lot of people doing it. A better option would be signing when buying, or pay the fine when caught.
