Yes. There's a couple of things I like. The math adds up. HERB is booking $2B+ in assets (they will be) with roughly the same cash flow. Except it's not developed here of course. CEAI should have closed the doors 3 years ago. Perhaps management is doing the right thing here. And you have to wonder why Chapter 7, and not 11.
