First of all "NORMAL PROTOCOL" does not exist, every company BOD makes their own rules. Looks to me that they wanted to make sure that their CFO is incentivized because we are very close to breaking out! With a Rev triggered future bonus whats better than that for shareholders. Everyone on the same page.....GET DEALS DONE!
