Yes, MA is moving very slowly.

The problem here is everyone wants to see results, and Wayne is just not producing those. The longer time goes by, the worse the situation can become. So it is fact moving slowly.

They need to produce real news and real results for this one to move out of no bid. Not just quote a story out of the news or say "we gave the list to the government". I wonder how those people will feel about their names given out to the gov without their permission. I would be PO'd. Lawsuits coming over this one.
