When no one buys and the PPS goes down I would agree.... BUT when the volume is 55 mil and the price stays flat or postive like it has the last few days, then that is a sign of something good in the works! Plus Baltia has a high level meeting today about the last Mini which FAA might have some insider info about and could be loading up before the big announcement of a Pass! JMO thou!
