WE are a major T Mobile Master Dealer in the South- East managing sub-dealer network of T Mobile and unique branded wireless stores. Our commission volume is in excess of $3 M annually. We grow this revenue through organic growth, extensions into new regions and small acquisitions. UMS and its multiple brands are recognized as a trusted company in the marketplace. Brands include Cell Phone Depot, CPD Mobile, Next Level Solutions and United Prepaid. Multiple brands ensure brand clarity and bring focus to our marketing efforts.
Payment Processing
We place terminals in our retail distribution network to generate commissions from prepaid cell phone renewals. When consumers purchase a new monthly amount of air time we earn a commission. Currently commission revenues exceed $80,000 per month, and we can grow this business organically and by small acquisitions at very low multiples.
