Until they get the K out, there are going to be these penny flippers messing with it.

Whether the K comes out or not (and especially so after the K comes out), penny flippers will continue to own this stock until it gets to $5.00 and legitimate TUTs are permitted to begin buying in. That is the only way for all microcaps, not just SCRC.

Look where SCRC resides. Pennyland. Flipping is what happens in pennyland. Now at least the playing field is a bit more level with 30M shares traded at price levels lower than the 22M shares of toxic .05 PIPE deal that triggered this whole meltdown.

Expecting a penny stock to not be actively flipped is like expecting to find filet mignon at Long John Silver's.
