We are overdue with an update to our valued stakeholders, and appreciate your patience for the lack of recent communication. Our time, focus, and efforts have been dedicated toward advancing patent pending Solar Tracking System technology, while also working to establish strategic partnerships with solar-power providers throughout the country. These are exciting developments for Mass Megawatts that position us for significant growth in 2016.
As many of you know, this past year we have worked to implement and continually improve our prototype, Solar Tracking System located in central Massachusetts. During this time, several design innovations have been implemented, including advancing the framework platform, adding over-speed protection, and planning for augmentation components that increase sunlight exposure to the panels. These new advancements further improve the economics of solar-power generation with the Mass Megawatts’ Solar Power Tracking System.
We are also actively pursuing and negotiating with solar power providers to establish a strategic partnership to utilize our patent pending solar tracking technology. This arrangement would allow solar vendors to realize a competitive advantage in the solar marketplace, which giving Mass Megawatts immediate access to a network of established sellers, suppliers, and installers of solar power systems.
Further, the company has made great strides to strengthen its fiscal posture by reducing non product related corporate administrative expenses to historically low levels. This improves our position and flexibility with future fund raising efforts through financing and equity offerings to drive expansion and growth.
We are looking forward to 2016 as a period of strong growth for Mass Megawatts, with accelerated brand recognition and marketplace acceptance. We expect an exciting growth period for the company and our investors.
