$$ NTEK $$ The company LPH* that I am using as a comparison to NTEK was wrongfully accused and suspended by the SEC.
When LPH* took the SEC to court for what they did ,the SEC had no evidence to support their claims and lost. !! OOPS !!

The SEC was proven to have been covering up and trying to hide a HUGE NSS that happened on their watch with LPH* !!

The case is a very good read and shows that NSS does happen and that our illustrious (snicker) government isn't on the up and up all the time !! OOPS !!

So yes , I believe that NTEK can and does have illegal naked shorting going on just as most all OTC stocks do !! OOPS !! Me personally , I don't think it's a laughing matter that our illustrious ( Snicker) government does this to the people and allows this wrong doing to continue !! OOPS !!

Now that is definitely worth a BAM !! FACTOMUNDO !!
