The PR's describing the deals between Novarad and Sphere are non-specific as to exactly what technology is going to be used (and since it's a master purchase agreement, it's up to the actual facilities to decide)

Keen argues that Novarad has narrowed the mix of technology because Glassware is not satisfying them (that doesn't mean it "doesn't work", it means it doesn't work for them in terms of features, integration, setup, whatever).

I don't know whether Keen is right. What I do know is that if he is, it's a pretty big deal, and the manner in which quite a few have swept this under the carpet, as they sweep any possible negative under the carpet, is mind boggling, at least until Keen is conclusively proved wrong.
