Regarding Chas -
Mr. Chaslav Radovich, also known as Chas, has been an Independent Investor and Investment Banker of R & R Holdings, Inc. since 1992. Mr. Radovich served as Consultant of Gold Hill Resources, Inc. since December 23, 2013. Mr. Radovich served as the President of Gold Hill Resources, Inc. from April 15, 2013 to December 23, 2013. Prior to starting Gold Hill Resources, He Co-Founded Cobalis Corp. and served as its President and Secretary. Mr. Radovich served as Chief Executive officer of Cobalis Corp. until April 15, 2006 and also served as its Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. He has an extensive background in various industry sectors where he was responsible for procuring the initial seed capital funding for a number of businesses, where he helped to build management team and overseeing day to day operations in order to execute their business plan. Mr. Radovich serves as Director of Cobalis Corp., and previously served as its Director from 2003 to February 20, 2007.
Cobalis went belly up and there was a subsequent lawsuit against the investment firm funding them. From what I can tell the funding was secured by Cobalis stock. The hedge fund shorted it into oblivion forcing Cobalis to file for bankruptcy.
Gold Hills still trades but has not done well but no gold mining ventures have. They do hold several patents and there could be some synergy there. Don't know.
Lastly I don't expect Chas will be president for long. He does not want to run a company. He would rather spend his time in development.
