Key points in discussion with Chaz - First let me say that he is energetic and completely focused on business development. I think Mr. Snaper has a real ally and someone that will make Mr. Snaper's legacy 100 times greater than it is now.

1 - The 60 million shares went to several people. Wexlar got some. It was his group that made the introductions and started this rolling. He was the meeting held the week before I went to see Mr. Snaper. I was not a fan of Mr. Anthony but he got this right by putting my group on hold while Wexlar's group put something together. Mr. Delisle got some as repayment for what he has put into the company. Mr. Delisle is a highly successful businessman. Mr. Radovich who is handling the development and also putting money into the company. Neither Mr. Delisle or Radovich are taking any salary for the work they are doing. One other individual who has done some work but I don't know much about. These distributions are reasonable I think and obviously make everyone want to increase share value.

2 - The milling process was Snapers and the shares are going to him (putting him at an even 50mil) He is the largest shareholder by far but not the controlling share holder anymore.

3 - The mills have a really high margin and the first are going to cameroon and ? (I can't remember but another foreign country) where Chaz says they will need 100's.

4 - Chaz has a background in the chip industry with Intel and others from the early days. He is 100% certain CTDT will be able to enter this market and change it.

5 - A lot of Mr. Snaper's patents will be developed and spun off as subsidiary companies or licensed out.

6 - Expect some additional changes in management that will only make the company stronger.
