They followed that up with the patent prosecution tweet. They must have gotten an action letter from USPTO. I'm assuming they responded and are waiting on the response from USPTO. I'm also assuming COO will not sign a deal unless they have the warm and fuzzy feeling the patents applications will continue thru to examination.
