I would like to see STWS close over the 50 Day Moving Average of $0.11. That would be a huge positive. And 300-400K in volume would be even more positive.

BID is strong....0.095 x21,000


The only thing I can think of is that there are some parties at the hearing for the Pecos County, Texas Water District that was scheduled for today that saw the results as a positive for the company and started buying in.

And those who do not know what is going on sold to them (although whoever sold them shares at .19 did pretty good, lol)

If there is any news out that more investors can read, I would not be surprised if STWS starts a trend reversal to the upside.

The Ft. Stockton Pioneer newspaper probably will report on the hearing tomorrow or the next day.
