The wording is incorrect in one way or the other.

- to approve a 500-for-1 reverse split of the Company’s common stock; and

The way this is stated is shareholders would get 500 shares for every 1 they now own, this is a forward split, however, the word 'reverse' means the opposite. Should it say 1 for 500? Something is incorrect here.

A RS would be senseless to do here with just over 23 mill OS. I have seen cases where they do a FORWARD split just before doing a RM with someone.

Time will tell.
