I agree with the prior post, shares outstanding are likely to get in the 300-400 million range prior to splitting. Still fairly low for this kind of stock price and it wont help the "optics" of their stock price as it still wont even be 1 penny. it also wont solve their cash issue, as in they have none. they are generating cash by selling shares not through operating results so the chances to highly dilute and then do another RS seem very high to me.
fundamental issue is the primary way they get cash to operate is by selling shares, which drives the OS share count higher, which drives the price lower, which drives the OS share count higher, which drives the price lower. it is the toilet bowl effect and they are trapped in it for now.
