FBEC false while Jason may have been there since June or July that does not mean he knew the state of the company or what Sand was or was not doing ...

Jason just took over the company approximately 9/11 (how fitting), the 10Q coming is really from Robert Sand's period (July, August, September). Since that time Jason has delivered final product of Wolfshot, brought about partnerships with further products, product awareness and celebrity endorser coming. Has kept shareholders up-to-date on events including the 10Q filing. While the filing is obviously late it will be out.
