The current CEO bought into CHDT as a shell, the former owners had some issues that are being resolved. Those issues have nothing to do with the current business platform. My understanding is that the former owners continue to have a small interest in CHDT but the arrangement was made that the former owner would take full responsibility for their own previous issues.
