So after 10 years of study under a microscope and after the release of the Final EIS you have heard that. "Someone in the private screwed up all the water issue" and that "Proper people were not hired to do the work"

Understand that it the MNDNR that controls these decisions, so if what you say turns out to be true. Then the MNDNR SCREWED up and hence the State of Minnesota SCREWED up and Polymet who is responsible for all the COSTS in this PROCESS has just dumped over $100 Million Dollars in the toilet and will be told = SORRY we screwed up please start over. I find that very difficult to believe.

The Anti's keep making it seem in their statements that its Polymet that choose all the private contractors used during the environmental review - which is TOTALLY FALSE a LIE the MNDNR is in charge of the PROCESS NOT POLYMET.

As far a Mr. Dayton coming out against this and trying to stop a permit to mine from being issued. As Governor he does not have that power. That is not to say he won't do it but if he did I believe the courts would slap him down.

With the state of the Iron Range right now, if Mr. Dayton does anything to screw up Polymet directly. Minnesota goes Republican, the 8th District goes Republican.

As far as litigation, it can only be over the three points that the MNDNR set out in its final EIS.

I said years ago this is a PROCESS and Polymet has followed this Process and abided by it and PAID for it. If at the end of the day the ANTI'S don't like the outcome they can sue but just remember this, all costs of defending the Final EIS will be borne by the State of Minnesota "us the taxpayers" not Polymet as this PROCESS was controlled by the MNDNR but paid for by Polymet.

Also any lawsuits by the Anti's may very well require them to post a very large bond to cover damages Polymet may incur from delays caused by these lawsuits.

It sounds to me like what you stated are the ANTI'S talking points I have been hearing since the Final EIS was released.

I have said it before Mr. Dayton may be slow but he is not stupid at the end of the day he will not interfere. His retreat on the Health Review shows this.

Is Polymet a done deal? Not Yet. Is this still high risk? Yes.

I have been in this for almost 10 years and this stock owes me nothing at this point. However Minnesota and the nation stands to benefit greatly from the metals in the Duluth Complex.

This talk that this will DESTROY the waters of Northern Minnesota is a very sad and a misguided LIE.

To all, proceed as you see fit and not how others be they PRO or Con view this project.
