perfectly normal as they don't file a 4th quarter report. They will file their 10K annual report in March

Technically they can file a quarterly report in the normal time frame (45 days) but if they are filing annual audited reports they have the extra time

Andy will have a business update at the end of January to discuss the year gone by and let us know the official forecast for 2016 and the strategy behind it

As we have seen this year this is the only forecast he will stand behind. any quarterly numbers from his mouth are at the behest of analysts who cannot be bothered to work out the numbers themselves from the information he gives them - which is more than he gives us.
