No you are right that it is not illegal to short a stock, but it is illegal to manipulate and state Bupkus facts about a stock on a board to short it for ones own profit. Not saying this is being done, but Baltia has been getting a bad rap lately when they really shouldn't be. The stock is way under priced for where they are in the certification process! Oh well, just better deals for us believers I guess!!
