yeah that tiny little company, General Motors, OTC showing no company info....no SS , no CEO info etc.....

OTC is not a site to go to for 100% info.

They do have a bunch of info for say AAPL, so no you cant say they just update penny stocks.

They are, and have always been, hit and miss with their info, as i dont suppose they have a huge crack staff of researchers updating compny info with what the thousands of tickers every even month, let alone day.
