Hi! Sorry for the delay! I was having trouble with my memory card reader... I'll send a couple of emails...

The office has an open-plan area with three desks and some file cabinets. There is a little kitchen and bathroom off of it for the staff. There are 4 private offices and a small conference room with a table that seats 10. They seem to have put some money into modifications of the office. (I've been in a few offices of rather dodgy personal finance people and they don't make any modifications as they won't be there long enough... :) ) So they do look established.

The first is of Pete in the conference room.

The second is Pete and another employee in the open-plan area.

The Third is taken in Pete's office with one of the employees.

The forth is the view from Pete's office. You can see the burj al arab and the burj Khalifa from his window.
