I wouldn't take those milestones as gospel since QMC didn't release those itself.

I don't think the company necessarily provided those milestones since that was non public info. I think Vista likely estimated based off of publicly known info. Their disclaimer said that their report and estimates were based off of publicly available info, see page 14. If I we're doing a financial analysis of a company, I would have came to nearly the same conclusion and listed the same milestones.
