Morning all and greetings from across the pond in Europe...

Just reading the latest posts and trying to understand why things are happening the way they are.

I'm asking myself why the quarterlies and financials haven't been filed and am considering the benefits of not doing so.

We believe that the company cannot pay all of its' outstanding debts (we don't have recent financials but we do have an idea that it's making profit - but we assume that it's not enough to settle all debts).

I wouldn't be surprised if they're holding back on releasing financials as they're negotiating debt restructure as we speak and don't want to give away any material facts about how the company is performing.

There are no real significant effects of not posting financials (yes it's annoying shareholders and probably causing some peeps to sell up and move on) but it won't stop them attracting new institutional investors if they really wanted to - they can show them the financials and I'm sure discussions will also include debt management which will allow a potential big investor to do their DD satisfactorily.

I'm not condoning actions that the company has taken but I think there are much bigger things happening here - shareholders are a small part of the equation here, getting the company back on track is far more important than simply appeasing all of us.

The mechanics of becoming current is relatively easy and pretty much guaranteed once the outstanding reports are filed, so why worry unduly, it will happen when it happens...

Thoughts anyone???
