JPGetty, The company was the one pumping the new invention on their website and in BS PRs for the last year. They stated how the process would revolutionize the recovery of oil from oil sands. They said that they applied for a patent (probably BS) which would protect their rights. The company said that they were showing the process to potential JV partners and were optomistic about moving forward in the near future. All this straight from the company. Don't be so lazy, go back and do at least some DD before you shoot your face off.
