I dont think he could sell 70M shares before share price was deep sub penny, not much of a return for the money he has put in starting at .083. I wonder now, is it a power play to control future of company, accumulation tactic during product launch delays, survival move because you aint seen nutin yet has come and gone and he is averaging in.
