have been reading the "Joint Venture agreement" and it seems that all profits ect will be shared equally by all three parties. Assets are worth over $75 million combined.

There is some massive profit possibilities here. Am I reading this right? It does seem profit will be shared by all three parties. Minus admin cost and fees which will be paid to the bond issuer.

Read the clause in the "Joint Venture agreement". Clause 4 to be exact.
