The only thing the CBI has been playing with is the idea to devalue the currency 10-20% to close the hole in the government's budget.

They are getting killed by low oil prices and need the oil sales to convert into a higher number of dinar.

Only way to do that is devalue it.

It is amazing to me that these Iraqi dinar scams still have any legs at all.
