I was informed a few years ago that these large investors consider themselves elite and sophisticated and who have a distain for us common unsophisticated investors.

There were 4 parties listed as plaintiffs in the Motion to Intervene in the Anchor Litigation. One of the two Hedgefunds listed was LEGAL ALPHA, LLC.

The President and Director of LEGAL ALPHA, LLC is a Robert Scott - or Robert Thomas Scott - whose name I recall reading somewhere in a filed document and I believe he also has legal experience.
