Keyotee do you think market crash it's coming if yes when?? What about another housing bubble?? As I'm living in Chicago and I'm in construction industry I can see that wre are going into bubble again. This time a lot worse than 2007!! Housing prices went up like crazy, lots of new construction everywhere.
I been looking for a house to buy last year but I decide not to. Still watching real estate and comparing 2014 to 2015 there is a lot more properties to sell, tons of more.
I have friends that they took second mortgages to buy another house to flip but imo s@#& going to hit fan and this time really bad.
