Had time to look over the docs in detail. Looks like Rosinski was served, nut seems that Remo is giving them the slip on the final notice of default.
The server served someone else at one of Remo's residences, but the female didn't give her name.

Not sure how well that alternate serving of final judgement will hold up in court. Here are a couple things of interest though.

1. Why was Remo representing himself?

2. How the hell did Rosinski just buy that new house last month for 600 grand?

Looks like I'll be pulling my bid tomorrow. They are going to have to sell a lot of shares to pay off that million dollar and change judgement.

Side note. @Zimjoke. Looks like you hit the nail on the head in regards to the court case. In the future though, I would keep that kind of inside info to oneself. it was not public at the time you mentioned it. (I called the female and specifically asked her about it) They could get at you for attempted stock manipulation using insider knowledge.
