Lurkers, please feel free to post here. I would like to know what everyone thinks about the IFTP merger. Will it go through? Do you think it will hurt or help IFTP?

I'm thinking it will draw more interest in IFTP and since it will trade on the AMEX, then the rules will be more strict and this stock may be less volitle and safer.
