Bally, I have to disagree with you. Advertisers pay for ratings. Ratings books are written at different times throughout the year. They do take samples along the way but the prices they are charged are determined by these books. The advertisers still want this info and the sooner we are on the dial for the fall ratings book the better. That's my take on it anyway... Of course I could be wrong... It sure as hell wouldn't be the first time!

Either way, as long as we get on the air in the US, that's all that matters, right????
