Optimus - are you able to explain the GDSI stock consideration portion of the purchase price for Rontan? The Purchase Agreement states $26M worth of purchaser stock, which is GDSI stock, which they say is $1 per share. Just curious what that implicates, because PPS is clearly not $1 so I'm just curious where they got the $1 from - and also that only appears to be 26 million shares.
