Freebies appreciate your concerns. Just wanted to put my thoughts alongside yours.
1) A/S was raised 2 months before the R/S. We do not know if there are plans to reduce it at this time, but I have asked the question and am waiting on a response.
2) 1 for 10 is a small R/S. It is intended to keep shareholder value instead of erasing it. If they wanted to "scam" investors why wouldn't they do a 1 for 100 or 1 for 1000 to raise the pps well above .01 and not risk losing QB status? Instead they did a 1 for 10, did not go above .01 and are at risk of QB status. This tells me they did not want to wipe out shareholders. As we all know QB status and having pps above .01 brings in a different type of investor.
3) A lot of the companies that work with Viking Telecom are real. (YKTG LLC) They would not name these companies if it was a fake company.
4) As for the CEO Thomas A. Cellucci, PhD MBA being a scam artist. I have found no proof of this throughout all my searches. In fact I have found the exact opposite about him. I have included his website below. Just this year he was chosen as a speaker at Virginia International University, presented at 2015 Critical Infrastructur Symposium, and was appointed to the ProCM board of directors. Please show any info on him being a "scam artist".
