My assessment remains that this is totally an unexpected incredible 'gift' for retail shareholders and to not tender, based on what we've been told, is financially unsound and just pure gambling.
As an aside, those believers in the science Lanza has created, might well want to consider investing in Astellas and hope they pursue it more to possible commercialization, but who really knows what part of Ocata Astellas is really interested in acquiring?
As far as paramaters like eventual science approval and commercialization, Astellas is operating in a totally different, less hostile dynamic in Japan than exists in the US, imo.
