I am so often wrong, perhaps
this time as well.
My red flags (imho) include:
There are too many unmet promises,
unbased finance outcomes, one too
many FCO switches pretentious
looking forward outlook and lack of
disclosure (OTIV lawsuit for one)

Since selling out pps has been rising,
however once i' am out i am out.

Once again i bid good luck and
good fortunes to current stockholders!
