This merger is much better news than the walmart deal. Cash flows should be positive in Q1 with retail deals and Tonner's new customers and connections for production. I dont see how you can say its over, I would argue that it is finally beginning. Tonner has already been successful in his own right, going to retail dolls for him is smart to reach more customers and more profit. Its a win/win for both parties. Only thing that could trigger a red flag is the amount of debt One World, but I see them starting to pay that off once we have a positive cash flow.
