Remember that is within 10 days..can be sooner than that...4 days, 5 days, 8 days. Either way, it's the final countdown!!

Even if opinion letter comes out later in December, and that means closing is in early January, the opinion letter would drive the share price way up with lots of year end money pouring in imo.
