NRTI has at least $200,000 worth of toxic financing still outstanding. The only thing up for debate is why it's not sitting on the ask right now. I think the answer is that no one is buying anyways, and NRTI is that close to no bid, that there is no point in trying to sell shares right now. I saw them dump 81,000 shares earlier this week, so the financiers are present.

If you guys somehow manage to manipulate some kind of momentum in the share price, the toxic financiers will be back instantly.

If you were a toxic financier who invested hundreds of thousands of dollars into NRTI, you would be chomping at the bit to get it back as fast as you can. I bet they're getting a little impatient, wanting to dump new shares hard and fast. I mean, it's been weeks since they could dump anything significant and get away with it.
