To be fair to Cburg, the 10K doesn't go into a huge amount of detail about the litigation yet we hear that the end of the world is going to happen for IFCR.

If it's that desperate a situation, what exactly is happening with the litigation, can someone spell it out rather than just saying 'look at the last 10k'...
