This financing is absolute murder to retail shareholders. Dawson James should b flagged IMO! Only ones who make out here is DJ with its commissions and company management who can take boat loads of cash and pay themselves and their family and friends to run the co into the ground!

Who runs DAwson James? My bet is they have a history of this crap under a different business name. It's like Asher but with way more money!!
