15m x $6g = 90mil @ 25% is 22.5million$.. I think you have over estimated the number of people, first there are only 25million people over 18 years old , second I don't think all customers will be equal. Of those 25 million some will never touch it, some will try it once or twice a year, some will smoke on the weekends only, some will be daily or near daily users, and let's not forget about tourists. Still a potential multi billion dollar industry though. Let's not forget the black market will retain some share of the pie.. How much depends on how well it is enforced.
