Obama administration has given guidance to the federal agencies to not interfere with states legalizing. Congress has as well.
Technically all grows and all sales nationwide are federally illegal, except for one university grow for research.
I have seen no nationwide mass arrests nor seizures where state laws allow and authorize medical or rec mj businesses.
I have seen limited seizures here and there, and some of those who carried them out are paying a price for not complying with administration and congressional guidance.
I do agree the drug schedule needs to be changed, and when that happens all sector stocks will benefit. I am surprised any investors in this sector think legal state sales should lead to federal incarceration.
