I didn't want to mention Toxic debt in my previous post,due to so many people here got left holding the bag. Didn't want to add salt to their wounds.

Being that you mentioned it..IT'S THE WORST KIND OF DEBT FOR ANY PENNY STOCK.

Hopefully it's not a toxic debt due to the LOI . I would hope the terms of the debt would be better than most. ,that's if it's (LOI) real.

That being said these lenders don't care about any LOI..they are brutal and have air tight loan contracts and have destroyed many companies. They will get their money one way or another.

I don't think this is the bottom . I think it's going down to the 3's sadly enough. I hope not for the bag holders sake. There's not much support at the 5's. It will go up a little tomorrow and slowly fall again to 4's and then 3's like it's been doing since it hit .07.

Everyday slowly ,but surely. I've seen it so many times.

If CDII doesn't send out some kind of news to assure the share holders explaining the terms of the debt it will only get worst.

They have to nip this in the bud and get a hold of things .

People rather know what's going on ,good or bad, than be left in the dark.
