I averaged down to $1.18 from $5.85
one more average down I can average from
$1.18 under or at .17

On Level II I saw (11) Dealers @ .17cents
I believe Jan usually the first week I think
RCAP will Stop and Reverse.

Being a stock in the industry those institutions
going to run I was in the last run it ran so fast
when I Blinked the price was up .50 then a $1.00

Unless something happen that would stop me
I like to buy as much as I can.
