That means these 40M shares are new and come into play over last few days. They could be related to China but who really knows what they are for?

Larry did say he would talk to me later today so I am going to take him up on it. I will press him to see what these extra 100M shares are exactly for. I will relay what I find out. I have wondered what Capital they will use to close the Dalian Project with and maybe this is it?

I will say Larry needs to keep the Share Count down as much as possible as at the end of the day it is all about Market Cap. Some extra shares are understandable, but it would help if we knew what the extra shares are going towards. As shareholders we should be kept updated.
